Refund Policy & Cancellation:
All sales are final. Once the BOC-3 Registration is purchased, the registration cannot be returned to receive a refund.
Termination of Service:
Trucker & Broker Services, Inc. will terminate the BOC-3 filing with the FMCSA under the following circumstances:

Chargeback Dispute

Client is unresponsive after multiple attempts to reach them
